Although I'm posting this, I know it may be impossible. I really want one of these trackers but first of all it's not on the CA list so I can neither buy a new one or ship a used one into the state.
The only hope seems to be to find someone in CA that is willing to sell one on a party to party transfer. But in trying to check dates, I believe the CA list may have been in effect before the Taurus was manufactured. I did contact Taurus to see if they can get it on the list.
