WTB Cheap 22LR Bolt Action

I want to buy a Cheap 22LR Bolt Action.
Looks don't matter, as long as it shoots straight & reliably.
One more detail, in addition to 22LR I want one that can shoot 22 Long and 22 Short.

If it's a C&R it's even better, no need to pay any more Kalifornia tax.

I'm in Orange County, Huntington Beach area.
