I would like to buy 100 rounds of brass .223/5.56 with no primer and no powder in them. Primer can be in but must be used. I want brass rounds with a bullet already pressed into the casing. Half the round down the length of the cartridge must look decent.
These are for a project, and I do not have my own reloader.
I will be in Sacramento until EARLY Sunday morning, and will be near UCLA after Sunday. I also know someone in Irvine that can pick these up if you don't want to ship.
