WTB Mosin Nagant 30-06 Bannerman conversion

Was mainly wondering what the best way to find one of these rifles would be. GunBroker came up empty as well as any other auction sites. Not really picky on whether its a sporterized or not. I've heard it can be found at gun shows but not quite sure where best to look. Somewhere in the Bay Area or Chico/Paradise area would be preferable.
