Boom. You're welcome. It's also under your budget by an order of magnitude...and you get a free cruise at closing!!!

^^^ only reason to live in Trona is if you work in the salt mine. Can't imagine living there.

                  Hi Rt,

I'll sell you a 4 br, 2 ba with an attached 3 car garage and a pool in santa clarita (No HOA) for 600K. PM if you want it.

Since my house is not what you want. Go check the website Redfin for listings in an area you want with the things you want.

Remember, as a buyer. You do not have to pay the realtor. May want to call one.

                  Best of luck to you.

The Areas in question our in dense urban environments. I would ask some basic questions to help members assist you.

                      1. Will you require a lot large enough to park 1 or 2 vehicle's?

                      2. Does the driveway need to be circular to allow POV's (Privately Owned Vehicles) ingress & egress, It makes it easier for drivers of the different cars not having to move their car to allow the other car out of the drive way.

                      3. You've specified detached garage? The areas you inquired and the proposed budget for purchasing will be putting you in the bottom bracket for home ownership first time buyer market which means the housing units you can afford will be much older. 70 / 50 years old, your budgeting housing size is typically 875 to 1300 SQFT which means 2 to 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Lot size can vary from 3200 to 5,600 SQFT

                      4. It's not all flat in those areas so be prepared for hillside lot and other type of lot configuration.

                      5. Older homes require upgrading most only come with Forced air heating and wall units for AC.

                      6. You haven't said anything about power requirements so I'll breach it. Most older homes come with 100 amp panel if your going to be doing anything in the garage you'll need to upgrade your service panel. If your into Cyber Hardware the minimum is 300 amp panel which will add $5,500 just for upgrading the panel. Your electrical provider may require 2-3 months to facilitate your request.
