-JP enterprises 308 carbine buffer spring
-KAW Valley 7.5oz stainless buffer
-cheap stripped lower (anderson or similar)

I might be able to help you out with a barrel. I recently switched from 9mm AR pistol to a rifle. Barrel is lightly used.
