I have a ffl all the people that bought guns as investment. They wanted to over charge. They saw an opportunity to make money. Now in sure a few people are stuck with rifles they wanted too much money for. Some of these people might not want these rifles.
As far as legal I don't have a 10 wait for a dros.
I have an exemption. I must do a background yet I can walk with the firearm that min. While no one else has time for a 10 day wait before 2017. I still can buy and deliver a gun with a bullet button.
