OP, there are generally two kinds of rail covers. Ladders (the ones on top in that pic) and normal covers.
Pretty much any AR parts/accessories supplier carries ladders and rail covers. Riflegear has a whole bunch.
Ladders are pretty much all the same except for surefire's. Theirs are a little nicer and sculpted differently than all the others.
Covers are just a matter of taste. I like the KAC ones on my KAC RAS
The Magpul modular ones are really pretty, and you can do all kinds of neat camo patterns with them. There's also airsoft ebay ones aplenty.Please read the Calguns Wiki
