Need Sac area .223 ammo 500 rounds by Fri 1/16

I ordered ammo on line from ammoman on 1/9 (Fri) morning, but I don't know if it will arrive by Fri 1/16. I need 500 rounds for the Sacramento Appleseed event. Is there anyone between the north SF bay area and Sac with 500 rounds of .223 for my Mini 14? I would like to pay less than $200 and pick it up Friday 1/16 evening.
