WTB/WTT Cheap reliable car

A good friend of mine totalled her car on the way home from visiting me, and is looking for a new one. She needs something reliable, and decent on gas regardless of make and model. I'm interested in trading a Spikes tactical lower, with lpk, A2 stock (complete) and mmg, a sw 686-6 locked 7 shot, and a remington 7400 30-06 with less then a year old leupold vx-2, plus around $1500 cash. the sw and the remington both come with goodies and ammo. Looking for a car located between jackson and modesto.

Also she's okay, I dont know how she walked away though....

I have some speedloaders, grips, holster, and 300+/- rounds for the 686, and hardcase, sling, 6 mags (2 old 4 rounders, 1 new 4 rounder, 2 ramline "10 round" mag parts kits, and an eagle clear 10 round mag), 150+/- rounds of 30-06, including 18 rounds of barnes triple x lead free.

Dunno if this is quite your cup of tea, but i have an old 83 MB 300D turbo diesel. The thing is cheap, ugly, and slow, but will get you home every time. Look these things up before you say no- they have a huge cult following and are known to be as reliable as clocks.
