    Do you mean 19? 18's are impossible to own.

    *for an average citizen. *also near impossible in CA.

              I have heard there are between zero to three transferable pre-86 G18's on the registry. G18's were manufactured in 86 but not sure if any actually made the registry before the ban.

                That's not the point. I wanted to know if the OP was looking for one and didn't know that they don't exist or, if he is able to purchase a dealer sample.

                  Not necessarily true. There are post 86 MGs that are fully transferable. The owners just don't talk about them. It is very possible there are factory G18's in civilian hands. I've seen guns registered as late as 89.
