I believe the only cutout handguard that will fit an AA block are the Samson handguards.

I've seen some people modify the Centurion fsp handguard to make it work but took lots of dremmeling.

If you had the Syrac piston system (Jason Adams from Adams Arms started a new company), that one will fit under a number of handguards.
