Where to get bulk plinking ammo

Curious to see where people are getting the best bulk ordering for plinkering ammo.

I refuse to get wolf or any other real junky ammo (putting that through my expensive AR is just wrong)

Im looking more for
- Black Hills - Blue Box
- Federal - American
- Quality Reloads

What do you consider cheap? www.ammoman.com has some prvi partisan for $389/1000 shipped. That's about as cheap as it gets these days but I'd still consider it rich for my tastes. Federal, Black Hills, and other such brands will cost you at least 45 cents per round I think.

And there's nothing wrong with Wolf.

55gr is a perfect plinking ammo. Its pretty popular and usually used in the bulk reloads. I say the best bet is right here at CGNs. Just wait till something pops up. I have found 1K of Miwall reloads, 55gr FMJ, LC brass for 300 bux

So. . . you're "new to this", don't know what the relevant terminology is but you're sure Wolf is no good? I've put thousands of rounds of Wolf through my HK's and other guns significantly more expensive (and rare) than your AR clone with no problems.

Spend all you want on other ammo - means more Wolf for me. (and that's hard enough to find these days.)
