Best deal on Off List Lowers?

Looking for the best price on off list lowers in Northern California, specifically the bay area or the Sacramento area. I don't want to pay for shipping, so looking for a shop that has some in stock. I've seen several that have them for $100-$150. Looking for a better price than that.
So, what's out there?
