Unfortunately that is the going rate so you'll have to luck in to a cheap one somewhere. I've had a couple of these guns I never did get them to run right. I recently saw one for $150 at Chino Hills Turners I passed on it due to my past experiences and cost and availability of magazines.

Yeah, I read up on it before buying it. Definitely has it's issues. Ten bucks more and I wouldn't have gotten it.

Ha, that's the one I bought. I just happened to be able to spend $150 plus DROS at that time. Thought it might be fun.

I did find some mags online for about $35-$40 after shipping. Going to wait and see if I even like it before paying that much for more mags. Like you said, looking to luck out on a cheap one in the meantime.
