Given that many (or most) of these are over 50 years old and thus C&R and thus roster-exempt, the entire country is your shopping ground. I have one (C&R), but it's not for sale.

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't you need an 03 C&R FFL license though?

A C&R FFL and COE exempts one from the ten-day waiting period for C&R firearms, but C&R handguns are roster-exempt for everyone in California, though the ten-day waiting period would still apply. Oh, and C&R handguns still need to be transferred through an FFL dealer in California. In other words, they cannot be directly shipped to the C&R holder.
