Yea the 9mm is harder to come by. Most will just get the 40SW and then getting a separate 9mm barrel with some filing and then can use it in the same frame.

So if I want to purchase this, I will pay you $1275 and the gun will be shipped to my local gun shop that I choose. What additional costs will my local gun shop charge me to complete the sale?

How would it work if I am DROSing a gun this Monday 8/24? That means I wouldn't be able to DROS yours till 30 days later. Will my local gun shop just hold it for me until then? Just trying to figure out how this crazy CA process is so I don't get charged more fees. If it was a private party transaction, it would be much easier.

We will hold it and ship it to your ffl 3 days before your 1 in 30 expires.

Could I just put some money down as a layaway and then pay the balance when my 30 days is up?

This elusive gun seems to be very rare in the private sellers marketplace. Still would like to purchase one used but will buy a few from Baboosh soon.

I got mine from Placer Tactical last month. He may have another. Rick is a great guy to deal with.
Baboosh's deal is hard to beat!

Local dealers I've worked with charge between $50 and $100 for a transfer fee (plus DROS).
