95% only has the rear little pocket opening where the rear takedown pin is. You don't even specify if what you have is in fact a 95% or not, you just said "I would sell 2 that are partially complete. They still need the FCG pocket milled out. One is partially done." Automatically that leads one to believe you've already started the work on it yourself. If in fact you even put so much as 1% of the work into it already, it's yours and you cannot sell it unless you serialize it. Be more specific!
