If you go by the far left column, labeled "COMPONENT", then yes, it would be (5) turret locks. It would then also be (2.3) .40 cal upgrades.

However, if you go by the second from the right column, labeled "QTY", then no, it would only be (1) turret lock and (1) case ejector. Sadly, it would then only be (1) .40 cal upgrade, not (2.3)
