Surplus Powder Buy

Decided to revive this thread.
I want to do a group buy of the surplus powder. Buying 6 8lb jugs to WC870 or WC872 powder. Please check GIbrass.com for specs on the powder

It's 240 plus shipping for all 6 jugs. $40 per 8lb jug.
2 jugs are spoken for. There are 4 jugs available. Hazmat is fee is free. We can split the shipping 6 ways. It would be around $55 shipping.
I don't mind fronting the money but please no flakes. I am in the SF Bay area. I can even meet you on my way to and from work, Vallejo to San Mateo.

Which surplus powder is it? Some can be very temp sensitive

Just called the vendor. He say's it's IMR 7383.

You can get this powder MUCH cheaper from gibrass.com however you should read all you can google on the subject before trying it. It is a very peaky(potentially rifle kaboom) powder.
