They are old established accounts that have been taken over by the scammers without the original user's knowledge. The scammers are specifically using hacked existing accounts with trader history and good reputation probably because people intuitively trust them more than 0 day old fresh accounts. If you follow my link above it leads to my original post in the accessories forum and I have some of the fraudulent sales threads there as examples. I also suggest you update your password as it seems likely to me they must have obtained the account passwords in some larger data breach of the forum.

Are these new accounts or old accounts? Also is it possible to post user names so people avoid them?

I've also noticed the rash of hacked accounts and fraudulent postings on a few other forums so it appears to be a large scale operation. Be careful with transactions on any other forums as well and do your best to demand proof or vetting even if the user you are dealing with has a good reputation and long history. It might not be them.
