Midway has a few options for dies available today, below is just one example.

As for brass, keep checking this sub forum and you will find some, it just takes persistence. In the last year I’ve picked up over 1k of 38/357 brass, and gotten rid of a couple hundred nickel cases (I have steel dies and HATE nickel!)
