Description: fully progressive reloader in excellent condition w/charge bar makes for easy reloading with minimal down time. The reloader is mounted on a wood base which makes it very stable during reloading operations and easy to store. I included the charge bar 1 oz plus three powder bushings #23, #25, #29 and an extra wad guide. The powder I use per the Ballistic Products recommendation is Green Dot.
