    Never saw a reloading table, portable or not, with wheels. Come to think about it, I don't recall seeing the words 'portable' and 'reloading bench' in the same sentence.

    My neighbor uses two portable workbenchs for around the house DIY duties that look very much the same as yours. He is most happy and very productive using same.

            We used C clamps on the front frame edge. No problems for us in 20 years of loading.
