I can ship up to 1500 pieces in a medium flat rate box for $12 and up to 2500 pieces in a large flat rate box for $16.

Brass Process is as follows-
1. Stainless Wet tumble
2. Dry
3. Inspection - remove damaged cases
Processing on Dillon 1050-
#1 Universal decapping die
#2 Swage crimped primer pockets
#3 Resize brass
#4 Trim to 1.750 +/- .005 using Dillon RT1500
#5 Expand & Uniform necks to .220-.222
UPON COMPLETION ---
* Every 500 pc run, I pull 2 handfuls - approx 100 cases -- using a Sheridan slotted case gauge verify shoulder setback & sizing uniformity...
* Check swage uniformity using a Ballistic Tools go/no go Swage gauge
* Check neck tension uniformity using a Ballistic Tools neck tension gauge
* Stainless Wet tumble a 2nd time to clean primer pockets & remove any burrs from trimming
* Dry
* Inspection – remove questionable cases..

Cases come ready to drop in your machine and load.
