Like it's says, i'm looking for a dillon 650. Preferably with a case feeder but would entertain any offers.

if no one has a used one they are turning out for sale, you can always call dillon to buy one new. they tend to hold their value quite well, and you are likely to find an "astonishing deal" on a dillon 650 any time soon.
not to say it cannot happen, just unlikely.
