Wts/Wtt lead for casting and reloading items

I've have a pretty substantial amount of lead from a sail boat, looking to trade some of it for 500 or so 2 3/4 old aa hulls or sts hulls looking for a buckshot mold, 25 cal rifle molds, 40 cal pistol molds, claybuster 12 gauge cb100-12 wads almost anything casting or reloading, blue dot, shotshell, pistol primers just send a pm if I'm interested let's make a deal roseville and surrounding areas

Hey there. I have alot of hulls and a decent amount of cb100-12 wads and obviously cash also...How much would you want to just sell the lead for? And how much do you have/is it manageable? I am in citrus heights

I have probaly close to 800lbs some is cut up to roughly 4x4x8 inch loafs or smaller still have a piece 4 feet by 6inchs by 14 inches wide if you could manage it looking for around a buck a pound

how hard is it? Does it ring when you drop it or thud?

It thuds and is rather soft, cuts easy with cordless sawzall I'm fairly certain it's pure as its not from a swing keel but fixed and was a pre cast ballast instead poured so adding antimony for a stronger keel wouldnt be needed but don't have hardness tester but when I get the time I'll test it's density

Still got about 400 lbs, cast some .690 round balls last night, can scratch them with a #2 pencil and put a finger nail mark in them

Have some cast muffin ingots but not gonna let them go for a buck a pound unless I need to add weight to a bigger chunk have a few big chunks left one I would guess is 150+ the other around 250+ and a third at 100#

You can take a piece to a local metal scrap yard, and they will shoot it for you. It will give you the % of lead, antimony, tin, crap, etc. that's in it. Listing that info will greatly increase your chances of selling the this, ESPECIALLY for $1/#.

If it's anything near a 95/5/5 or 97/2/1... they guys on castboolits will probably buy all of it. Lol

Spent a few hours casting some 690 round balls turn out nice, 357 casted must be I sign this lead needs a revolver
