          What kinda FPS are these limited to? Will they feed in a AR platform? Do they need sized to .224 to be used in a 223 / 5.56 chambered weapon?

              Not sure what they're limits are but since they are cast then accuracy for your rifle will more than like come between 2000-2500fps. I shot some of them out of my AR
