1/1/17 Update - I've gone through the footlocker and identified additional parts that are included. They are identified below with a yellow highlight.
Due to being stored in a shed, a couple of parts have some rust on them. I cleaned the charge handle with a wire wheel and the rust came off. I think it would be easy to clean the rust off the other parts.
