I just won a new XL650 and its set up for 9mm/38 super/9x21 from Dillon. I am swapping the press only out with my current XL650. Buyer will get all new part plus used XL650 press. Basically all the accessories, parts, powder charger....etc will be new, only the press will be switched out. You will get it as it comes from Dillon set up for the calibers listed above. Dies will not be included.
