I'm 6 ft 165 32 waist and I run the M-R size. I can fit a sm-reg blouse but its tight. Med-reg pants.sigpic

Updated with a few more items. so....BUMP. Great gear for hunting, fishing, the range, or whatever. Its comfortable, breathable, and god forbid you need it, flame resistant!
