OK, so I have been told for years I should open up a rib joint. Of course being in California it is not a easy thing to do. I have my recipe down pact make my own sauce and rub...they are great ribs. I want to start selling them but not to sure on what is the best way to do it. I'm thinking of being like the tamale tamale guy, he doesn't get hassled so screw it why not. Any one have any input?

you can buy empty plastic bottles on the web, make your own label on a printer. Or sell it in zip lock bags. I'd be willing to try some!

ok so I am getting some interest. I will do a batch of sauce and make up some rub tomorrow. I will try to beat the post man.
