OK, so I have been told for years I should open up a rib joint. Of course being in California it is not a easy thing to do. I have my recipe down pact make my own sauce and rub...they are great ribs. I want to start selling them but not to sure on what is the best way to do it. I'm thinking of being like the tamale tamale guy, he doesn't get hassled so screw it why not. Any one have any input?
