Up for sale is the nicest lightsaber replica ever built.
Like a real Lightsaber it features a fully removable crystal chassis core that houses all of the electronics with no exposed wires.
This Crystal Chassis mimics the internals of a real Lightsaber, and can be displayed separately or installed.
This version features a real quarts crystal that has been coated with 24k gold to give it that great blue color. My fiancee went to a big jewelry show in Arizona and found me a supplier for these, ain't she great!
To bring out the luster and beauty of this stone, I wired an accent led beneath it, and I drilled holes to the main led heat sink, so it is lit from above. And I decided to mill windows in the saber body, so that even when installed you can enjoy the crystal.
The crystal chamber features the same aesthetic rods as my last saber, these are meant to resemble power actuators, you can imagine energy arching between them.
Also this crystal saber has a SS 1.0 soundboard with a kill key, when not in use plug the kill key into the charging port and the saber won't use power, pull the key and you hear the boot up voice say "sabersound 1.0"
The Sabersound 1.0 features motion activated sound effects, 10 swoosh, 10 clash, and a safety feature so it does not shut off accidentally while fighting, to turn it on tap the switch, to turn it off hold the switch for 3 seconds.
It uses a fixed voltage regulator to run the main led and accent led, the result is a very slight flicker in the blade which resembles the flicker seen in the movies, this is a nice little extra.
The main led is a seoul p4 in blue, and the blade is my standard 1.00 thick walled transparent white blade.
This saber is an exquisite prop, but it can withstand full strength full speed dueling and I guarantee it with a lifetime warranty.
There is a rechargeable battery pack and a recharge port/kill key.
It comes with an acrylic stand to display the saber assembled, or in two parts.
This saber took me a full week to make, I am asking 600.00
Here is the video of it
