It would be two small, This would fit a small snub nose (.25 or .32), I picked it up for a Beretta 21 (little .22LR). I have a Kahr CW9 that will fit in it but it is snug (the trigger guard is barely covered) and I'm sure the Glock would be two fat for it.

Just a suggestion from experience, try a holster for the vest first before the ankle. I there have been a few foot chases where I might have lost a gun had I been wearing it on the ankle. Worse case scenario with a vest, is that it falls into your tucked in shirt and end up at the small of your back (I've seen this happen too).
