Ipod 8GB touch NIB

I have a NIB Ipod touch 8GB for sale. I'm in SoCal and willing to meet up or ship. USPS M.O. or PP is fine. If using PP, we split the fees and CC's are fine.

Again, this is a new in the box item. It has the full warranty and came from the apple store.

I'm able to meet in the LA, OC, IE areas.

Is this the newest IPT with the 3.1 software? Where are you in socal?

I got this a week ago, so I think it has it the 3.0, but am not sure it may have 3.1.
I haven't taken it out of the package, cause I want the new owner to have the joy of turning it for the first time. The 3.1 software is $4.95 to purchase.

I'm in the IE, but can meet in the OC, or by LA. If you down south, I can probably set up a meeting place.
