Office move in OC: Free stuff

Business declined in a big way, so we are downsizing in a big way.
We are moving from 35,000 sqft to 5000 sqft. So 75% of the contents
    of the building must go.

Desks, chairs, partitions, shelves, cabinets, filing cabinets, office supplies
and on and on. All of it is good quality, in good shape, but is used.

Of particular interest to shooters are the office partitions. They are
recent make, with 2" compressed mineral wool sound deadening pads.
Other than Sonex foam, this is the best sound killer existing. There
are something like 60 sections. You want the deep blue ones, not
the grey/blue ones which have a steel core.

Starting today until the end of September 2009. 17942 Cowan Ave,
Irvine, CA. If you take the 405N to the 55N this is the first building
you seen on the right when you get on the 55N.

If you see something you like in the parking lot, and it is next to the
    dumpster, take it.

Also, for sale is a giant Caterpillar fork lift. Propane, lifts 5 tons way
up in the air, 6 tires. Professionally serviced for the last 20 years.
What about the 19th? Can the Commerce Clause be used to make it illegal for voting women to buy shoes from another state?

I am interested in some shelves. Any way you can let me know when some end up out side?

      I can provide occasional updates.

Right now there are 4 nice lateral files. 3 draw, tan color.
4 nice "paperclip" type chairs with full upholstery.
One steel cabinet, 6' x 3' with interior shelves.
Heaps of broken down partitions and miscellaneous MDF desktops.

                You guys are fast.

2 Steel cabinets gone as of 6:30 PM. One is left inside the gated area
next to the dumpster. Take that one too.

But there is one additional 2-drawer steel filing cabinet and one 40" set of
                steel bookshelves. Both are tan.

HOLY CRAP! You guys are good.

I get in this morning and all of the stuff outside the gate is gone!
No more filing cabinets, chairs, desks: even the cardboard and the
                  pallets are gone.

I will tell everybody here to put all further discards outside the gate.

More stuff is in the parking lot.

We have what I will call assembly benches. 1.75" top with Formica,
3' wide and 8' long. Some 6' long. Steel legs. Please take them!

Also, NOT free, but for sale cheap are good working vending machines.
One Coke/soda/tonic unit and one dry snack with screw-type feeders.
Both work well, but for both the dollar bill reader needs a good cleaning.
$250 each, and we can load them in your truck.

The lift is a Caterpillar T120C with 1082 hours.
It weighs 15K and can lift 12K about 20' or so. Good for moving 20' shipping
                        containers or similar BIG things.

It has been maintained by Johnson here in Irvine for most of its life.
It looks just like this one

But with fewer hours and a $2500 price.
