First off 80% must be completed by YOU not someone else. 2nd most people will not touch a milled 80% like engraving or Cerokote. So get those done before you mill it out.

Have it engrave while it is an 80%

and as stated. YOU MUST DO THE FINAL WORK to
      make it 100%.

Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.
One died for your soul; the other for your freedom.

Crap I didn't think about engravers not touching them. I just got my 2 lowers milled out and wanted them engraved.. hopefully I'm not out of luck and I can find someone.

Can't it be taken to an engraver and engraving completed while in your presence if its fully milled?
              Sorry, not sorry.

80%Arms in Santa Ana was doing it. They had FFL to work on finished lowers. Not sure if they still do it.
