For sale is an absolutely beautiful custom 1930a3. This rifle has an exceptional action that seems to have been professionally polished, and a very light, crisp trigger pull. The specs are as follows:
Made: 1943
Barrel: 22.5"
Stock: Almost looks like a safari-style stock, with an oversized cheek weld. Has excellent checkering, and an over sized palm swell at the pistol grip.
Optics: NONE. Included are the pictured scope bases mounted to the receiver.
Sling: I made a custom sling for this rifle that you can pull apart in seconds and have about 20' of rope on hand.
Extras: Comes with sling swivels
I do not know who did the custom work on this rifle, but it was from a large collection of VERY high end hunting firearms. This is a MUST see in person, as the pictures do no justice to the grain of the stock, or the deep, even bluing.
Just has a couple of areas of surface erosion, but nothing deep.
Please excuse the finger smudges on the barrel.
