This one is really going to hurt..
1973 Browning SA22 in amazing condition. This is one of the last designs that John Moses Browning worked on before passing. 1973 is a special year because it was the last of the FN Herstal made rifles. The rifle is still being made in Japan to this day, but the Belgian rifles are more sought after. The Belgian made rifles were hand engraved and the stocks were American walnut and also hand checkered. Craftsmanship like this is rare these days. This is truly a quality piece.
I am the second owner of this rifle. The first owner passed away and rarely used the rifle. I have personally shot ~300 rounds of quality .22lr ammo. Barrel is shiny and shows zero pitting or defects. Lands and groves are all pristine. The rifle shoots like a dream.
Rifle will come in rare Browning custom case. Original scope mount and rings are also included as is the original factory target and the sales receipt for the rifle, rings and scope mount. The receipt and target have been vacuumed sealed for preservation.
Looking to get TRADED.. Willing to trade for a quality .22 rifle CZ preferred plus cash your end. Also willing to trade for quality long arms, handguns or ammo. PM it wont hurt, I just might say yes. On to the pics.
*Rifle ejects spent brass down out the receiver and loads from the stock. two of its unique features.*
