Make: Primary Weapon Systems (PWS), (FNH USA - Sold)
Model: MK214 Mod 1, (17s - Sold)
Caliber: .308/7.62
Location (city or county): Ventura, Ventura County
Price: $XXXX.00 for PWS/ Sold for Scar
Will ship (Y/N): No shipping
Other info:
Price has been lowered to $XXXX for PWS. Rifle will come with one Magpul magazine, Magpul BUIS, and factory hard case. PWS will not come with optic shown, mount, but will come with original Magpul stock. We can work out a deal if you would like to purchase items.
Rifles are in excellent condition, they do not have any marks or scratches. Both rifles were purchased in 2014 and have around 200 rounds through them. They spent their time at Wes Thompson's Piru range between 400-700 yards. They are spectacular platforms in their own rights. Each rifle has been well maintained and cared for, again, no marks or scratches.
Rifles are priced right to move, especially as they are in excellent condition. I really like these rifles and would typically not consider selling them but I have a financial opportunity that is time sensitive. Once I meet my financial goals I will remove them from sale, so take advantage of these prices while they are up.
You can research specs and facts on both of these rifles, but here are some of my 'subjective' observations and experiences with these weapons:
SCAR 17: Incredibly soft shooting rifle for a 7.62 x 51 rifle, it feels like you are shooting a tuned AR in 5.56. It is well balanced and feels like your are handling a smaller caliber weapon. Easily shot 1" groups at 100 yards on paper, better yet, hit 700 yard steel at will using the optic shown, a Bushnell Tactical Elite FFP in 3 x 12. The scar has a high cool 'factor' especially in FDE.
PWS MK214: This is a long stroke piston driven weapon, similar to an AK in operation. I purchased this to be a compact (14.5" barrel with pinned comp from factory), big bore, do all weapon, it fit my needs well. Recoil is very soft, feels less than other 7.62's but not softer than the SCAR! Similar results at the range as the SCAR, only in a shorter and more traditional package. Banging 700 yard steel is very satisfying with a 14.5" barrel, the looks you get are priceless...lol.
If any additional pictures are needed, please PM.
Please note that I am not interested in trades at this time, only cash. Optics, mounts, magazines, and accessories are not included in 'no haggle' pricing, we can work out a deal if interested.
