                      I do believe that it needs to go through a ffl unless the buyer has a c&r license. I'll will research tonight to be sure. I hope its pending to me. Pm or text me. Thanks.

                          Has to go through ffl unless buyer has ffl03 AND coe...BUT...having sythetic stock doesnt qualify it for c&r anyways so even if they did would still need to transfer at ffl01.
