Your M44 is not Hungarian. ......it is Polish. The 11 inside the circle is the Radom arsenal mark.

I'd personally prefer a Finnish over any other Mosin, their accuracy is easily the best out of all the Mosin's and their standard of production is really good. Not taking anything away from OP's Polish, still better than a standard Russian one. Very collectible and highly sought after. Shouldn't have a problem selling it, although I'm not an expert on the price of these, but I think the price is fair. Most Finnish run around 300-400 so you're right in that ball park.
