Mosin Nagant
1937 Izzy Model 91/30
7.62x54r
San Diego
WTT/WTS
May ship on your dime.
Up for sale is my 1937 Spanish Civil War Mosin. This mosin was made at the Izhavek armory and does not have any import marks whatsoever. The bolt and receiver (low wall) have matching serial numbers (10492).
This gun is in good condition for its age and does fire as it is supposed to. The front sight is a blade sight that was switched out by the Spaniards back during the war so it shoots low off the mark (which is the reason I bought another Mosin to shoot and do not need this one as I am not a collector). However this modification is indicative of the SCW mosins and does not effect the value.
The only issue with the gun is that the stock has been sporterized by the importer that brought it stateside. The below handguard has been shortened as well as the top handguard but there is still about 8 inches of top handguard that shows the SCW brass end cap.
This gun has been fun to own but as I am not a collector I figure someone else would appreciate to have it in their collection as I own a second Mosin already.
I am looking to trade this away for a variety of things. Shoot me a PM with any offer and I'll take it into consideration. Things of interest:
-38 revolver (old new whatever)
-Entry level 9mm pistol
-Older Aimpoint or Eotech optic
-270 rifle
-870 barrel and parts
-AR Parts
-Old Gun Safe
Will email pictures.
Thanks for looking.
