Cosmoline is pretty well stripped. Shot about 20 rounds of new, non-corrosive ammo through it, then cleaned it and left it in a gun sock, lubricated for several months. Bolt didn't stick when I shot it, I cleaned the heck out of the metal parts when I bought it.
I need to pay the gubment some money, so I'm trimming down the herd.
I have about 240 rounds of bimetal "light ball" corrosive ammo, and 5 rounds of something newer, all on stripper clips. The ammo missing from the box was given to a friend, not used in the gun at all.
The stock is one solid piece, not the two piece jobs you usually see. This was a "hand select" from J&G Sales
