this does not have the BB or the pinned stock??

i think you would need a BB & PINNED STOCK TO PPT...

Complete rifle, yes. Stripped upper no. Same as a stripped ar15 lower. Upper is serialized on scar, not lower.

I certainly wouldn't be admitting to having an assault weapon on a public forum. Unless I was out of state or law enforcement.
