For sale is my off roster Colt 1911 CQBP, new 1911 from colt built for the USMC, extremely rare and hard to find. Only reason I am selling this one is because I bought two, selling this one to fund another 1911 project.
According to Brent Turchi of the Colt Custom Shop this gun will never be submitted for the CA DOJ approved handgun list. Gun comes with two 7 round Wilson Combat mags, Otis cleaning kit and all the other goodies that were sent with the gun.
I have fired approximately 50 rounds through this gun and Colt test fired 5 rounds which makes that a total of 55 rounds fired through this handgun. It is immaculate except there is a small knick off the coating on the triggerguard that was there from the factory that I had noticed, It did not bother me so I did not send it to get fixed. I will post pictures of it later on.
I own many high end 1911's and this new Colt shoots with the best of them, it consistently outshoots my Wilson Combat CQB which surprised me a lot and shoots on par with my Springfield Professional, it is an absolute dream to shoot. For people that don't know about this gun it comes with dual recoil springs which further dampens the recoil.
I've provided a couple gun review links for anyone that is interested that has not heard or read about the gun.
My price at this point is firm, I do not NEED to sell this gun, low ballers will be completely ignored, serious buyers only.
FTF sale at Ammo Brothers in Ontario. I am flexible and will be willing to drive to meet whoever wants the gun if that location is too far for them.
