    Finished 80% lower. Duracoat coated. LPK installed. Mil Spec S&W stock with buffer and spring. Not sure if I can sell this or if it needs to be traded. Was going to build a 300 but plans changed. Also have S&W factory front site and factory hand guard to go with it.

      That is up to you. However, I'm assuming that when you finished the lower, you engraved it with serial #, model, caliber, city and state. If you didn't, I believe that you can't legally sell, or trade it.

          You cannot sell, trade, or give it away without engraving a make, model, and serial number. It might need caliber too. It's generally safest legally to not transfer home built firearms, ATF might investigate you for engaging in the manufacturing business without an FFL.

              No engraving what so ever on it.
              Maybe it will have to sit in the back of the safe. HMMMMMM....
