New Ruger SR556 with extensive upgrades. I removed the regular guard and opted for the E style hand guard for use in IPSC. The upgrades are an upgraded Ruger lightweight barrel, Timney trigger, Featuress Monster Grip, pinned stock, milspec grip pod, New Eotech 512 in Mossy Oak, mid priced NC Star scope used for a magnifier, Troy offset iron sights.

This rifle is legal in california without a bullet button. You can also use the included 40 round PREBAN magazines x3. Also included are 3 30 round P mag kits that came with the rifle. One is a matching Flat Dark Earth to the rifle.

This set up is the perfect California Legal 3 gun competitor. Match barrel, Timney 3 pound trigger, and legal 40 round magazines. Nothing goes through more ammo with such accuracy. It is a gas piston operating rifle so the cleaning is a snap. On a bench with match ammo, it will fire sub MOA groups all day. I also own the E model of this rifle with the installed match barrel/trigger and consistently shoot 1/2" groups at 100 yards. I purchased this rifle because of the potential shortage and decided to sell it since the Federal regulations aren't coming. Yes I paid too much for it and you can have the matching pistol grip that came with the rifle. I'm keeping the quad rail for my other rifle.

It's pretty amazing how much you can spend on these rifles. I have no less than $3500 in this one.

I'm offering it for sale at $2950 firm. You won't fine a better gas piston competition rifle.

I'm in Oceanside, CA. Traction must be face to face. I'm not interested in trades unless you have top quality. I am interested in a Sig 230 or 232, German Walther PP/K or PP, top quality small 9, etc. I also need .22 LR and .40 S&W ammo. Finally, I will take an AR in trade but only for Gas Piston top quality like LWRC, Sig, H&K, etc. Also would like a Ruger mini 14 target.
