Brand new in the box only taken out for pictures. I use to live in CA, but moved back to Georgia so I will have to ship to your FFL(They must be willing to take a rifle from a non FFL holder.) YOU WILL NEED TO SEND ME A BB TO INSTALL BEFORE I SHIP IT. I will also the mag apart before I ship it.
I did research and from what I found I can sale it and ship to CA as long as I install the BB before I ship it. If I am wrong please let me know. USPS MO or Paypal(I would rather have a MO sent with the FFL copy)
