Up for sale is my XDm 3.8 Bitone 9mm Compact, with approx 4-500 rounds down the pipe. Pistol is in excellent condition with no scuffs or marks and comes with the full XDm package with an additional 2 mags (total of 4 mags, all that is in the picture). My price is firm at 775.00. I need to fund another project so this is being sacraficed. Local face to face transfer only in San Diego.

Yes....It is 100% legal, as this is a private party transfer (used). We can walk into basically any FFL to do the transfer.

As opposed to if buying a new XDm, the only way to purchase is if you are LEO or via SSE in CA.
